1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the LingoCore platform by annotators, clients, and administrators. By creating an account you agree to them. This is placeholder copy for the MVP and should be replaced with counsel-reviewed terms before launch.
2. Accounts & verification
Annotators must complete identity verification and maintain a single verified wallet. Accounts found to be duplicated, misrepresented, or used fraudulently may be suspended and any associated balances withheld pending review.
3. Work & payment
Clients pay LingoCore, which disburses to annotators for approved work. Annotators may withdraw once a balance clears the stated minimum. The platform acts as an intermediary and reconciles all transactions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent its payment layer, or attempt to transact off-platform in a way that bypasses agreed fees. Off-platform solicitation between clients and annotators introduced through LingoCore is prohibited.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.
