Delivery Partner Agreement

The terms an agency accepts when registering as a LingoCore delivery partner. You accept this version at registration, and we keep a record of when.

version v1.0effective 22 September 2026

1. What you are agreeing to

You are registering an organisation as a LingoCore delivery partner. You confirm you are authorised to act for that organisation and that the legal name, registration number, country and address you provide are accurate. We verify partners before allocating any work, and we may decline or suspend a partner at our discretion.

2. Allocations and delivery

Work is given to you as an allocation: a fixed number of units on a specific project for a fixed fee, both agreed in writing before work begins. Your annotators may not claim more units than the allocation holds. Every unit is reviewed by LingoCore QA; rejected work returns to your team to correct and still counts toward the target once it passes.

3. Fees and payment

The flat fee is payable in full only when the entire allocation has been delivered and passed QA. Partial delivery is not paid. Payment is made off-platform by bank transfer to the account you nominate, and we issue a payment reference with every transfer. We do not pay your annotators, and no fee is payable on a cancelled allocation.

4. Your annotators are yours

The people you onboard through your invite link are engaged and paid by you, not by LingoCore. You are solely responsible for their pay, their taxes, their employment status and any statutory obligations owed to them in their jurisdiction. Their LingoCore wallets are frozen and cannot receive funds. You will not tell your annotators that LingoCore pays them.

5. Quality and dismissal

We may end an allocation at any time for under-delivery, quality failures, or breach of this agreement. If we do, unfinished work returns to the pool for another partner, work you already delivered remains ours to use, and no fee is payable for that allocation.

6. Confidentiality and data

Project data, guidelines and client identities are confidential. You will not copy, retain, publish or re-use project data outside the work, and you will bind your annotators to the same obligation. You will not solicit LingoCore clients directly for work introduced through the platform.

7. Changes to this agreement

We may publish a new version of this agreement. Your acceptance is recorded against the version shown at the top of this page, and a later revision does not change what you agreed to. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
